- 6 oz Alberta beef striploin - thinly sliced
- 1 Canada Bread 6” Bun
- 1/2 sliced red & green pepper
- 1/2 onion sliced
- Salt & pepper
- Olive oil
Provolone Cheese Sauce
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 cups whole milk, heated
- 2 cups grated aged provolone cheese
